The Business Resilience Award is new for 2021. Finalist for this award have shown determination, creativity and resilience throughout what has been the most challenging year for many, proving that when the going gets tough, the tough get tougher!
The criteria for the Business Resilience Award focusses on how franchisors have navigated the trials and tribulations of operating in a pandemic and come out stronger. This includes creative ways to stay connected with customers, building brand loyalty and supporting franchisees to survive and even thrive.
The bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards are known as the ‘Oscars’ of the franchise industry, celebrating the innovation, dedication and devotion of franchisors and franchisees.
Commenting on the awards, bfa CEO, Pip Wilkins said: “The standard of this years’ applicants has been outstanding. We have seen incredible displays of commitment, dedication and passion across a multitude of sectors throughout the franchise industry”
The awards will take place at the Vox, Birmingham, on November 30.
