- Ability to make an essential contribution to the localization of the system to the market requirements of the territory.
- Ability to act as the franchisor in the territory.
- Ability to be a worthy brand guardian including the systems, trademarks, trade secrets, goodwill and reputation.
- Ability to successfully identify, explore and drive the opportunities in the territory within an agreed time frame.
